Cooking Adventure 5: Big Breakfast

Big Breakfast:
- French toast - omg, I love French toast!
- Scrambled eggs - this was the best batch I have ever made. Probably because I made them the way you are supposed to LOL
- Garlic Mushrooms
- Grilled Tomato
- Bacon. I don't really like bacon much, but thought I should make it. Big breakfast without bacon? Too weird.

Quite successful. Also a lot of food, but thankfully by the time I actually finished making it, I was starving. O_O

Cooking Adventure 4: Pancakes with fried banana and ice cream

Ok, this cooking adventure was somewhat of a success. I think my sister and I made too many pancakes though - 5 each was a little crazy so I couldn't finish it all. I also think there is room for improvement when it comes to our pancakes. I think I'm going to try making pancakes more often, using different recipes to find the best one. They tasted alright, but I'm sure pancakes can get better than what we made. Though, the photos look great! Our recipe was fairly basic: self raising flour, eggs, milk and a little sugar. That's pretty much it. I'm sure there's something better out there! Leave a message if you need more details, but I don't think you will since it's fairly easy. Photos!

Cooking Adventure 3: Apple Crumble

So I moved on to something a little more difficult, something with a little more substance (do not laugh at me, I am fairly hopeless when it comes to cooking, so this is quite an achievement for me!). If you want the recipe, I can send it your way, just leave a message or something.
Success? Indeed! So good! You should serve it warm with vanilla ice cream. It definitely makes it that much better. Here's a photo:

Cooking Adventure 1 & 2: Chocolate Crackles & Chocolate Cupcakes

Hello people of the world wide web, particularly those of the food loving variety!

I've decided to start a blog (yet again), however this blog chronicles my cooking adventures which have only recently begun (I'm on holidays, you see, and therefore have lots of time on my hands). I haven't even been watching MasterChef, so I have no idea where this sudden urge to cook has come from. Most of my cooking will probably be carried out with my sister (who is also not much of a cook and so we are both noobs to the cooking world). Let us begin!

The First Cooking Adventure was chocolate crackles. Simple, great snack, chocolate and therefore greatly satisfying - how can you go wrong? Well, you can't. You really can't. It is pretty much the EASIEST thing to make aside from toast (if you can even call that cooking, which in my world, you totally can).

All you need:
- Coco Pops
- Cooking Chocolate

All you need to do:
- Melt cooking chocolate
- Mix melted cooking chocolate with Coco Pops
- Spoon mix into the patty
- Refrigerate

Too easy! I wish I had taken a picture, but sadly I forgot. I didn't even realise how easy making chocolate crackles were until I was melting the chocolate and realised that was pretty much all I had to do. Yay.

Cooking Adventure 2 were chocolate cupcakes. From a box. More complex than the chocolate crackles, but still easy since my sister and I managed to pull it off without any troubles. Just follow the instructions on the box and voila! I even have a picture (yay!):
